Guess who’s back, I’m back with the track supplied

Yes I’m back! Chef is back! Been a long time but I’m back to stay. I took a brief hietus when I purchased my house nearly one year to the day. I purchased a slight bit of a fixer-upper and I’ve been putting a lot of energy into making it my own, however, I can’t continue to focus all my energy in one area when I’m passionate about so many. Not to mention, I missed my blog, my recipe time and of course my community of passionate foodies. Time to get back on track and let you know what I’m going to be up here. I’ve made a few changes.

Still holding it down and perfecting my craft but, I’m also all about educating you all on how to prepare, create and enjoy slow food. The slow food movement has been around for a long time and when the pandemic hit back in 2019 it slowed us all down and forced us to reevaluate priorities. My mindset shifted, which was when I initially launched this blog. Restarting life along with purchasing a home got me off my path but, I’m back now and ready to be of service to you.
